Best Fitness App Ive Tried!!

So Ive downloaded a lot of apps in the past related to fitness. Well see how long this one lasts; Ive only done one workout so far, but thats the point: Ive already done a workout. Looking ahead, I like that the purchase options can be earned if you dont want to buy them. The layout is simple. The lack of profile is good because I dont fiddle around with that when I open the app; its straight forward. Keep it up peeps

The app is hasnt been updated in a year, there is a lot of IAPs for more workouts, and screen res is not optimized for iPhone 6/6s. F U Mediocre developers. Go back to coding school. And f u too wanna be MS bs creators.

Love it!

I like that this app keeps me motivated. It gives me good job phrases when I finish, tracks what days I worked out, my weight if I want to track it. Even when I dont want to work out, I think "I can do 7 minutes". Quick set up, no equipment, can do it anywhere.

Easy to use and basically is teaching the same what for I was paying hundreds of dollars for 25 minutes trainer at LA fitness. (The app must be better when you try to share it in social media... Is sending only a blurry picture that do not include any link to the app / Ive tried using Facebook)

I recommend the workouts over the app

I recommend the workouts as they are both challenging (you can always push yourself to go harder) and high energy. The voiceover prompts are also nice as they keep you on pace and alert as to whats coming up next. That said... The app, however, lacks some basic needs (especially for a $3 paid app). 1. the auto reminder that sends a push notification to remind you to workout has not worked once since I purchased it. 2. The customer support has yet to respond to any of my three emails about the push notification issue. 3. The app should allow me to record more than my bodyweight (i.e., my heart rate before and after workout would be a great addition). 4. The app should allow me to record my reps at the end of the 7 minutes. This way I can track my progress So, if you want an app thats good for a quick workout, bad for tech-support, and ok on features this is it.

Getting back in shape

This is the perfect workout for a busy lifestyle. I have used this workout in the past with great results. Having just had another baby it is a great way to get back in shape. Because it is only 7 minutes it fit into my craziest of days.

They asked me to write a review so here it is, I have some health issues and need to get back in shape I have done the requested 3 repeats and now I will drink a gallon (not really) of water and do it again tomorrow..!! wish me luck (Im doing it again tomorrow, so it hasnt killed me, if it doesnt kill us itll make us stronger, thats what Im aiming for "stronger")

PERSONAL ASSISTANT IN AN APP!!!

This is the best app period!!! It gave me count down and guided me through the workout. It synced with Apple TV to show you someone doing the app with you!!! It gave a mid way point and ending count down!! It saved me so much money at the gym. And 7 minutes had me out of breath and running for water!!! Just had a baby and this app is sent from God!!!! Thank you!!!!! You will not regret it

7 minutes of I need to get in shape.

I was once a athletic lad whos life got hectic and and his belly got fat. 7 minutes is a good start back. I am impressed so far. My review will be updated as time goes on and hopefully as the pounds fall off. Great app.
