Loved it! My first go around and I did it twice. I worked up a good sweat and highly recommend it!
I want to keep in good shape this summer because my extra curricular activities are over, and this is a great way to get that excercise in!
I like how this app reminds me to do a 7min workout every day. Definitely great beer carb burner!
I just had a baby and got terribly out of shape and I love that this workout is only 7 minutes I can fit in a work out or two while the baby is sitting in her bouncer or taking a nap! Though its only 7 minutes its a good little workout and you can make it harder if you would like by customizing how long you perform each workout but for me 30 seconds is perfect while just starting to get back into shape! It has easy instructions and videos so you make sure youre performing the work outs correctly. Definitely a 5 star!
I was skeptical at first, but who cant take a break for 7 minutes. I am glad I made the purchase!
This app is amazing. It really gets u tired and heart pumping. The workouts challenge you to see how many sets you can do with out breaking. I absolutely love this app. I highly recommend it to people who want to lose weight.

The app is oversized on my iPhone 6S Plus.
I was disappointed to see that this workout is the same as the one published by the NYT FOR FREE. Exercises are the SAME. Feeling bamboozled.
You have to buy the iPad and iPhone apps separately. They do not work together :(
The app is very good but the reminder feature, that is pretty important, doesnt work right now. Will update review after the fix.
I saw an ad for you app in my Facebook as a suggested app.
I was appalled to see the words "Skinny is better"
And "I was FAT until I learned about this fitness app" "how Lazy women get skinny"
You should be ashamed for promoting such harmful and misleading horsesh** and body shaming people into buying your crap product.
This app doesnt work with my watch. I rebooted my watch and can see the image but cant get it to run. The only reason I bought the app was to use it on my watch
