This isnt a "Get ripped quick" workout
First off, I love this app. I have been struggling to get active everyday with my sedentary lifestyle and this ap does it for me!
I just want to say that this app is not meant to get you a shredded six pack in the shortest amount of time, but rather a "simple and effective" workout for busy people. Not only that but it can be used as a dynamic warm up for more extreme people, a workout for when youre travelling, or just a great workout to add to your lifting program.
It has everything you could want like a calendar, achievements and even extra unlockable workouts.
If youre like me and you struggle to get in a routine of exercise, this is a great start because its only 7 minutes! Even though its recommended you should do around 3 cycles, you can slowly build up to that or just do it at slower pace.
Good job guys and remember if youre going through hell, keep going.
